I really appreciate you reopening the case Attached are three estimates for repairs I am not going to go back and forth and address every point The bottom line is Lasting Impression did the repair work on the vehicle I was not happy with the repair work and expressed my displeasure multiple times It doesn’t matter if, Nora, Zach, and the mystery person who is supposed to be my wife (my wife was not present) thought it was fine I am the owner of the car and I am unhappy with the results This was a brand new car that I just purchased and I expect it to be done correctI did not appreciate the way Michael C [redacted] spoke to and treated me I want my car fixed and I want it fixed correctly At this point I would never take my car back to Lasting Impressions I have gone to three bodyshops and have the attached estimate for the repairs Lasting Impressions should pay for the repairsNeither an invoice nor receipt were provided for the work performed on the car If the $is owed, an invoice should be provided detailing all of the work, the cost, and any remaining balance

I'm hoping that you take in consideration my response and rule in my favorI am a sole proprietor and depend on every dollar Imake and I pride myself on my reputationThis is my complaint in years.9.Also as *** stated in his letter that he spoke to my mechanic he in fact spoke to the neighboring mechanic and must hadmisunderstood him because he doesn't work for mePlease accept my apology for by behavior in the heat of the momentAs with any business-like mine, the greatest advertising we can have is word of mouth from a satisfied customerWhich that has allowed me to remain in business for yearsThank you,Michael C*** Owner,Lasting Impression AutoBody

I really appreciate you reopening the case.  Attached are three estimates for repairs.  I am not going to go back and forth and address every point.  The bottom line is Lasting Impression did the repair work on the vehicle.  I was not happy with the repair work and expressed my displeasure multiple times.  It doesn’t matter if, Nora, Zach, and the mystery person who is supposed to be my wife  (my wife was not present) thought it was fine.  I am the owner of the car and I am unhappy with the results.  This was a brand new car that I just purchased and I expect it to be done correct. I did not appreciate the way Michael C[redacted] spoke to and treated me.  I want my car fixed and I want it fixed correctly.   At this point I would never take my car back to Lasting Impressions.  I have gone to three bodyshops and have the attached estimate for the repairs.  Lasting Impressions should pay for the repairs. Neither an invoice nor receipt were provided for the work performed on the car.  If the $250 is owed, an invoice should be provided detailing all of the work, the cost, and any remaining balance.
