Back in January of 2016 my wife and I purchased a stainless steel fridge from the Bad Boy superstore in Brampton. I asked for the fridge to be delivered in March because I was doing some renovations in the kitchen. The fridge was delivered when requested. After the fridge was put into my house a waiver for the delivery and damages was given to me to sign. I quickly glanced over the fridge for any damages and could not see anything because of all the finger prints and because of the shrink wrap. So I signed the document and away the drivers went. A week later when I took the shrink wrap off, I noticed two small dents underneath the icemaker. I immediately reported this to customer service on Monday and they told me to take a picture of the damages and send it to them. Which I did. The customer service representative on the phone told me that this will be taken care of. A few days later the same customer service representative called me at home and told me that they will not replace the damaged door but instead will give me a $230.00 dollar credit or replace the door at a $175.00 dollar cost to me. This was absolutely unacceptable to me since we already paid so much money for the fridge. I then contacted the manager of the store and told him my situation. He told me that he will take care of me and again nothing. I contacted him on several occasions and he kept giving me the run around. Until I finally got upset with them and took them to small claims court. I got a default judgement against them and the judge at that time wondered out loud as to why a new door was not provided to me as the consumer. I could not answer him and now I find myself going back to court.....not only wasting my time but also wasting the courts time. My experience thus far in terms of customer relations with Bad Boy has absolutely been a nightmare. Noobody cares about you except when the initial deal is being done. At that time everything is done to get into your pockets.

I purchased a couch and love seat, 2 years ago and I purchased the gold warranty package only to find out what I have to complain about is not covered by warranty.this is ridiculous, I have had this same issue dealt with last year and again am experiencing the same issues. I was told 3 days to repair it was almost 3 weeks without a couch.. As far as i'm concerned this product is defective and should not have been in there store.. I was told by the sales rep if I got tired of it to let my grand kids jump on it and it would be replaced which I find inappropriate for a sales rep to say.and that point I could get a new one or a different one if this one was no longer available..and after paying all that money for a warranty to cover everything as I was told at the time, [redacted].. i'm being told that I have to pay to have it repaired.. I find that [redacted] and false information.. At this point and after this experience I would not recommend shopping at bad boys, where the interest of the customer does not matter...
