Review: I purchased a round trip airline ticket from last minute.com on 4/*/15. When I realized the ticket was not delivered to my email address on 4/*/15, I contacted their customer care department by email to request assistance. They told me they could not find a ticket associated with my email address and that I should call them. They gave me an overseas number which I was not successful in reaching. . . the phone just rang and rang. I emailed them telling them this and asking them to call me or communicate with me via email. I did not receive any further email communication back from them despite multiple attempts to reach them on my part, nor did I receive a phone call from them. I was forced to purchase another airline ticket for my son's travel on 4/*/15 and attempted to cancel the charge from last minute.com to my [redacted] card. [redacted] investigated my dispute and was given a ticket in my son's name that they emailed to [redacted], not to my email address which is [redacted]. If they were able to find the ticket for [redacted], why were they not able to find the ticket for me when I needed it for my son's "last minute" travel. When I contact them now, they keep saying the same thing, "We cannot find your ticket." When I respond back that it is obvious the error (email incorrect by omission of a few letters) I get no response from them.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the $728.00 to my [redacted] account or a check made out to me.

Review: I made reservations on Last Minute.com and paid $599.20. for airline tickets. I received a receipt for the accurate amount but Last Minute.com charged me $966.08 instead of the $599.20. I sent several emails and tried contacting them but they refuse to refund the overcharged amount. My confirmation number with Last Minute.com is [redacted]. Ticket Number is -[redacted].Desired Settlement: I want a refund ASAP for the overcharged amount - I was supposed to be charged $599.20 instead of $966.08. I am owed a refund of at least the overcharged amount of $366.88.
