They flat out lied to us about not getting our phone callsI have witnesses that I called the number on their statement that they sent us. NO ONE responded to my voice mails. This place does not even have a street address to go and pay with my HSA card. I have payroll deduction where I work at to get money taken from my paycheck to pay my doctor bills. Strange but they say they return all voice mailYet I told them in my complaint that I wanted them to call me to discuss and still TO DATE NO ONE has still called me and I have given them my home address, cell and work numberAll I see on their bill is a PO Box, I am sorry but I am not going to mail private info to a PO Box, sounds to me like they work out of the back their car or in their basement, does not sound like a legit business. I have paid all doctor bills from my knee replacement except this one. They still have not explained to me what they did. I say many doctors, nurses, etc for my pexam so I have no idea what this particular doctor did for $of which my insurance paid half of this. I refuse to pay because I doubt this is a legit business, I refuse to pay since I do not know EXACTLY what this doctor did, I refuse to pay because I would not trust anyone that FLAT OUT LIED about them returning all callsThis is untrue*** ***

Pre Operative / Preadmission Testing in general is
1. An Examination is required by hospitals that are acredited by the JCAHO (Joint
Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
2. This exam does not replace your yearly physical exam with your primary care
physician.
3. The reimbursement rates for this service are fixed by your insurance company.
4. You will be billed for any remaining balance not covered by your insurance company.
As a standard practice, if our phone lines are busy, the calls get routed to our vociemail
system. However, we have no record of you or your family leaving any messages. We
typically return all calls within one business day.
Also, please note that we did not receive any payment yet from your insurance carrier as noted
by you. They have processed the claim and as per our contractual agreement, have issued an
adjustment of charges (no payment) and the remainder is applied to the patient's deductible.
Please contact your insurance provider if you have any questions regarding our services as
well as details of your copy of Explanation of Benefits. We hope such a call with your
insurance provider will help you understand our services and your responsibilities as well
and pay the balance pending as detailed in our billing statement.
