Mr. [redacted]:1. Services per terms of agreement were provided by Latcareers2. Client received in writing terms of agreement prior to making purchase3. Client Support was provided to Mr. [redacted] promptly and in writingTERMS OF AGREEMENT & REFUND REQUESTMr. [redacted] signed the purchase agreement enclosed. By signing the agreement, Mr. [redacted] agreedto terms including: a) Latcareers makes no warranty or guarantees pertaining to candidate traffic,applicant skills, credentials and b) Latcareers will not provide a refund. See exhibit A agreementMr. [redacted] complains that job seekers did not have credentials and certifications he was expecting.Latcareers never agreed verbally or in writing to pre-qualify or pre-screen job seekers to confirmcredentials or certifications. Latcareers does not get involved with any of the employer hiring process.All services as agreed upon were provided, no refunds will be provided.
CLIENT SUPPORTOn June 10, 2015 Mr. [redacted] contacted Latcareers via email to complain about the caliber of jobseekers and number of attendees to the event and requested a refund. On June 11, 2015, Latcareersresponded via email (See Exhibit B) explaining the outcomes of the event and provided to him in writingthat no refunds would be provided per terms of agreement. Latcareers offered him a job postingservice at no fee to further assist him with his recruitment efforts.EVENT RESULTSAt this event we had confirmation of hires made other employers. Two schools at this event made joboffers to job seekers and hired job seekers. We have a total 35 career seekers that confirmed theyobtained interviews. A total of 75% of employers that attended this career fair registered to attend thefollowing career fair as they were happy with the results at the event.CONCLUSION & DEFAMATIONLatcareers understands that Mr. [redacted] was not h3ppy about qualifications, credentials and numberof job seekers that he met with at the event. However, this is not reason to defame Latcareers byclaiming that he was not "offered much of a response from either Pablo or Sarah". Exhibit B is theemail sent to him 1 day after we received his complaint. We extended our client service to offer a jobposting at no cost to assist him.Finally, Latcareers takes accusations of defamation, libel and slander very seriously. In his BetterBusiness Bureau complaint, Mr. [redacted] included in writing a link to a rip off report of a company thathas no association with Latcareers. Inclusion of this link is an act of defamation against Latcareers, ourbrand, our services, employees and company. We have been in business for over 13 years. Latcareershas developed a strong brand nationally and our team has been recipients of numerous awards andaccolades for our services.
