a rental agreement when moving in to an apartment in public housing. In every instance, when a resident leaves their apartment without notice, they immediately forfeit their deposit. This apartment required maintenance to clean and refurbish before we could rent to another person.In addition, HACG also takes very seriously the conduct of our staff. We expect our staff to be professional at all times and this matter will be addressed with our staff team member.
