Lather Salon & Company

I went to Lather Salon & Company to get a Lob haircut and full color to color my grays and old highlights. And a couple of thick strands of highlights framing my face. I provided pictures of haircut and of the colors. I was assured by both the owner and Cosmetologist they could do both. The results came out to be dark black hair (completely different from the dark brown I wanted in the picture). The highlights were the right color, but they were hidden and placed where I never wanted them I couldn’t really see them (as shown in the picture or how I explained how and where I wanted them). Without asking me to texturized my hair making it very thin. My bangs were cut thick and the line on my head was uneven and so was the bottom. The bottom of my hair was cut wrong and very uneven (it was no where near a lob haircut or like the picture I provided) you left 1/2” thick long uneven sides and uneven to the other side of my hair when you bring them both forward and the back was unevenly cut. You then curled and styled it making most of all that unnoticeable at the time, took a picture. After a few days I washed and straightened my hair and seen all of these errors described above it was then when I contacted her and she gave me an appointment to fix it on March 2, 2020 at 12:00. I also contacted the owner and explained how my hair was messed up and sent her pictures and asked for a refund so I can go elsewhere. She said they don’t give refunds and in back of a paper I filled out stated that. So I was given no choice but to go to the same person that really messed it up in the first place and it turned out that it seemed like she didn’t even care what she was doing and I felt I was being practiced on. She gave different colors of highlights without toning them and chopped my hair really short and very uneven. (Before you started I said I want to keep the length in the back & to take off as little as possible to even it out). I left very upset and feel they did this intentionally!
