Review: I ordered a [redacted] Laptop Messenger Bag (MD) in Café (Color: Cafe; ) #[redacted] from Latico Leathers on 12/20/13. In less than a month from receiving and using the item the interior lining of the bag ripped. I alerted the company of the issue and requested an exchange for a new bag. The exchange was made and a new bag was received in early March. This second bag is now bleeding color and as a consequence has ruined multiple articles of clothing. I contacted the company requesting to return the bag to them for a full refund and received this response.

"Nothing more can or will be done for you re. your repetitive issues/ negative claims with our brand re. quality issues....We recommend you look to other brands for your needs."Desired Settlement: I would like for Latico Leathers to send a call tag for the return of the defective bag at their cost and I would like a full refund, in the amount of $159.00 for the returned item.,
