Monday when I told them I was not moving in because I did not like the way the situation was handled and that basically they left me no choice then all of a sudden there's another apt available and get this the exact apt that I thought I was leasing a bedroom with a water view hmm I wonder how it was available all of a suddenwhen I told them I had already paid my renters insurance in full they just kind of shrugged their shoulders like well that's your faultnever apologizedSo when I asked when can I expect my deposit back I was told you will not be getting it back because I did not give them hours notice that I wasn't moving in...HOW THE HELL WAS I SUPPOSED TO GIVE THEM HRS NOTICE WHEN MY INTENTION WAS TO MOVE IN ON THE 8TH BUT THEY DIDN'T LET ME KNOW ABOUT THE APARTMENT UNTIL DAYS PRIOR AND ON A WEEKEND TOO WHEN THE OFFICE IS CLOSED!!!! Then the property manager got very rude with me and said you're making a choice to not move in here, NO you made that choice for me when you lied and scammed me out of my moneyNow I have no where to go and they didn't even careAnd on top of that they sent me a leasing agreement again this morning!!!
