Review: I went in to get some highlights in my hair at the Latin hair salon on [redacted] The night before I came in I dyed the top of my head back to my natural color which was dark brown. I came into the Latin hair salon around 10:30 am on Saturday ([redacted]) I was greeted by a lady with black hair with some red highlights (name is unknown) I asked her how much highlights would be she told me $62. So I asked her if she would do some copper colored highlights. She asked if my hair was black, I said no, I recently dyed the top part of my hair dark brown (the top was blonde before) so she did my hair and all. I was satisfied with the results at first until Sunday afternoon I saw that some of the pieces weren't the same color. Some of my highlights were green. So Monday morning ([redacted]) I came back to the salon which they open at 10am no one was there until 10:35am I waited patiently. I spoke with the lady who did my hair, I told her I was un-satisfied with how my hair turned out because some pieces were green. She told me it's because my hair had blonde highlights before, which it didn't my whole top of my head was blonde. So she proceeded to say that this happened because my hair was too dark but she had just previously said it was because of the "blonde highlights" I asked her politely if she could please do it over because it was only a couple pieces that were green she said there was nothing she could do for me and that she's sorry she can't do anything for me. So I asked her what could I do to fix the color she told me I would have to cut off my hair. Which is not true. She kept saying she told me but she did not tell me anything. I told her that if she knew this would've happened she should've told me and I would have not let her do the highlights. If she was not confident in her work she should have denied me service and offered me something different since she says my hair was damaged.This lady did not offer me no valid solution but a sorry.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded because now I have to walk around with green highlights for a while until I'm able to get it fixed, because of this lady who didn't know what she was doing. I have never had a problem before with going from dark to light. I payed $65 but I only want $62 back the extra $3 was a tip I've attached a photo showing the green. It's supposed to be a copper color

This is [redacted] Replying back about the complaint [redacted]I am told to provide more information about the company which resides at [redacted]The business name is "Latin hair salon" that's exactly what it says on the windows of the hair salon. I tried to google the hair salon and there were no results n google pertaining this particular salon. I was not given a receipt, the lady who did my hair did not give any of her customers a receipt. Now that I think of it that hair salon is very unprofessional.
