Despite efforts to reach Latin who's who I have not received any communication from them. That's why I still believe it is a scam. It has been over 2.5 years and for my $429.70 I've only received a $10 plaque. Please let me know if you can help put a stop to these people from taking advantage of othersSincerely,[redacted]

Review: I was contacted on Aug *, 2015 by Mike T[redacted] who mislead me to believe that they wanted to do a video of me talking about my life, He asked if I had seen my profile, and said "No, I haven't had a chance." Said that they need some pictures of me to include in the profile and video. He hit me with the cost at the end of the conversation and said he would send an email with instructions and information on the video. I went the site to look at my profile and was very disappointed that they had neglected to make the corrections that I had submitted. I immediately emailed him back and declined the video and BCC'd myself, so I would have a copy just in case. His secretary emailed back that the website had been corrected. I called the next day and left a voice mail saying that I was declining the video. On Aug *, 2015 they charged my credit card $229.70. I have called several times and was told that Mr. T[redacted] was out of the office and that the video was already done and I could not get my money back. They have no right charging me for something that I declined immediately within an hour in writing. I simply want a refund for the monies charged without authorization.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $229.70 back to my credit card.
