Review: I have a 2003 bmw x5 which I had my insurance tow truck take to latino auto sales for a condenser fan repair, they([redacted]) had mention to me that it was the radiator hose that was bad which I asked him to replace but to let me know what the cost of the repair was, he called me stating that my battery was not turning the car on that it might either be the battery or alternator in which once again I asked him to check it out and let me know what it was. When he called me he told me that my car was fixed that he had put a hose and a new battery, I asked how much was it for all and he stated that for everything it was $395.00, I was stunt and asked them(his dad) what else was done to it and the respond I got was alot of other stuff. When I got to my vehicle I notice that my back window to the driver side had some sticks holding it up in which I asked them what happened and they said that it was like that in which I had no problem with it, then I asked them to show me the old parts and all they showed me was the hose only and not my old battery, which I never received a new battery, I asked them for a receipt and they(his wife) told me to come monday to get it because they were late for the fiesta mexicana. I called them, never got my receipt, no new battery, messed up window and my car is still not properly working. I took my car there cause I trusted them due to in other ocation I purchased cars there and had them fix, the only diffrence was that I delt with their other son [redacted], his more honest. The only receipt I have is when I swiped my card and my dads plus $100.00 cash that I gave to his (mr. [redacted]'s wife).Desired Settlement: I would like a new battery and my window fixed, or my money back except for what they paid for the hose and I want the hose receipt.

[redacted] said that he was willing to fix the window for $100 but he needed to be paid before he fixed it. The consumer could not pay so she came and picked up the car. He also stated that the battery is under warranty, that can be resolved. He is finding a copy of the bill to send to the consumer.
