This furniture store is the worse we have bought a few things there we picked it up the same day a Sunday the sales man is unprofessional he asked my uncle to give him $extra after paying the things we got he told h to give him $more for him when we got home in CT he fooled us he send us a different bed and he fool us because he pressure us to not check the box when we call the store nobody answer and we they answer the women was disrespectful and said I's too bad we have to keep the because we went to complain the week after in the store we live far when we get there the sales man a [redacted] man got violent with us and he hit my uncle he push him and told h that's what we buy and that he won't change it this was the worse they should close this business it's a fraud they are racist the sales man call us Indians and disrespect us they don't know how to treat customers

As the customer said She purchased a bed with trundle. We delivered and [redacted] sing the receipt that she received the item in good condition. [redacted] had one week to claim any damage.... However, 4 months later the only thing we can do is order her the part that is damage and [redacted] has to pay for it. If [redacted] is agree to this we can place the order right away and deliver to [redacted] when she is ready to accepted

Review: Purchased a bed for my sister at the end of January, it broke the first week of May. The bed was given very light use, and even though it has a pull out bed on the bottom, the second bed was barely used. A side panel or rail as the employees called it broke horizontally, we contacted the store and were told there's nothing they can do, we went in person and were told the same thing repeatedly until finally they offered to order the replacement part but it will cost us $50, plus the installation. The employees are rude and eager to make a sale but once they do, they are not available to help their customers. They forget about you as soon as you pay them. The delivery of the bed was 2 days late and no one stayed to build it as promised so we had to build it ourselves.Desired Settlement: We would like to have the bed replaced or at the very least repaired free of charge. This bed is brand new, barely slept on and their offer to have us pay for the parts to fix it is unacceptable.
