We rented a saxophone from this company under it's other name of Progressive Music since October and made $2,in payments to dateWe received a letter in October informing us that we were close to paying for the rental completely and could choose a new instrumentWe continued to pay $40/month until May at which time we sent a letter to the store requesting that we receive our new saxophoneWe contacted the store at least times since then and have been told that the manufacturer is not supplying the store with the instrument which is no longer believable since the store rental department is no longer communicating with us via phoneMy most recent contact was Tuesday, November 7thI left a voice mail and have not heard back
I was taken to court back in April for failure to pay on my agreement when I thought the account was on autopay After receiving court papers I found that the company was mailing me past due notices to the wrong address and they were receiving these letters back from the postal service as non deliverable but no other contact was attempted when my phone number and email address is on file and they are aware of which school the instruments are for Instead of using the alternative methods of contact the company files court papers and a warrant for my arrest went out I pleaded my case in court showed proof that they were using the wrong address and paid what was owed plus an extra month I advised the owner to update my records with correct address I then went to va to stay with family due to a family member being murdered and mailed a payment of to the store in June I was just recently received a certified letter again for the wrong address that no payment has been receiv
