After reviewing the charges in question on my end, I was able to determine that those charges were for an aservice to an account that Mr*** has on one of our websites. These charges were pay as you go payment basis, in which Mr*** would've had to select a credit package twice
for those two charges to occurI did not locate any record of Mr*** ever contacting us on those specified datesHowever, to settle this complaint, I have refunded those charges for $and $In addition to those refunds, I've also refunded charges processed on Mr*** initial membership to our website in the amount of $and $as well as blacklisted his information on our system to prevent Mr*** future access to any our websites.
