I booked a flight with LatinOfare for a price shown on the screen and come to find out that the price had changed by the airlines...they canceled the booking order and I have yet to receive any money back which was over 1k...can’t talk to anyone about it and there is usually a 1.5-2 hour wait period just to talk with someone about my refund, please people save yourself the trouble and book with a company that wants to take care of customers and appreciates their business! This is definitely the worst customer service I have received from a travel agency. Run away..run away do not call these people! Never received a cancellation email or anything and still missing my money!
