Added fee
I bought two tickets and was happy with everything. Then I get hit with a $150 fee a few days later because the airlines made changes on the itinerary. I am still ok with the new flight times but why should I get hit with the $150 fee since it was not my idea? I called Latinofare.com and it took them over 30 minutes to get someone live. I was told they were charged this fee by the airline so they were passing this on to me. I do not believe this is the case but rather they having to make a change on their end to notify me is the reason why I am being hit with $75 per ticket. I was told by the lady on the phone that there was nothing they could do. I told her they will lose a customer that has been using them for over 15 years for $150.00 as I felt this added fee is by them onto me and not the airline on to them.

they steal your money they dont answer the phone they block your computer e-mail you cant e-mail them after the steal your money they try to steal from all your credit cards they are from another country they cancel your ticket after been paid just because they want to keep charging for the same ticket more times so they can get reach is a scam agency not a travel agency if you want a loose your money buy tickets with them

Terrible experience I book in advance with a rate and when I was going to pay they changed the rate. They asked me at the beginning for all my ids and information an even charged me 1.18 dollars to verify me! every thing was sent but at the end no tickets 300 dollars more!
Do not trust in them is better to go with other than with them same as Cheapfaresnow.

I am rejecting this response because:  I have emails dated back to January where I communicated with Delta.  One in particular that states as clear as can be that a refund was issued.  I have attached a copy of the correspondence.  If need be, I will pull each and every bit of correspondence together and each and every picture and video of what occurred.  When I purchased tickets, I purchased them with the intent of traveling to Mexico with a final destination to Leon, Gto.  I was left in Monterrey for FOUR days!!!   Nothing to do, nowhere to go.  Four kids, etc. 
 
For the agency to now say that the tickets were non-refundable is completely unacceptable.  The promise to get me to my destination was never fulfilled.  Furthermore, I cannot for a minute believe that the Agency would accept a credit for this amount on their credit card which DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM !!!!  If this is what they are trying to do to me....what in the world have they done to others????  Perhaps I should file a complaint after posting and finding out how many people they have cheated in this way??????  Maybe a class action suit????   Is that what I must do next???  How much money have they not cheated others out of?  I would certainly be curious to find out.

Do not purchase tickets from here! Please this website is so shady I called because I purchased the wrong date and they had me on hold for over 1 hour and I called from a different phone and told me the department was closed and I told them my situation and they put me on hold again and never answered the phone again! I called one more time and my agent couldn't help me and I asked to speak to the manager he put me on hold and picked up again and pretend to be the supervisor. What kind of joke is this? Please this company does not help out at all please do not purchase from this website.

My cousin purchased 3 tickets to Cancun at an awesome price (thus the 2 star rating, otherwise one star better described the customer service). She received a text message that said call concerning her credit card... that they needed to verify the payment. She called to let latinofare know that the card was "good to go" for the charges. The customer service rep was so rude. As a matter of fact, in the same day, my daughter called with an issue and I did too.. and those reps were extremely rude to us too. My cousin was told that she had to cancel her current purchase and redo because the ticket prices were no longer available at the price for which she purchased them. Well, why did she receive a text that meant absolutely nothing. She was asked for verification for which she responded and was forced to cancel her tickets! We are talking the difference between $800 and $2400 as this is the price difference for the tickets now! This is so unfair, unprofessional, and just absolute trickery!

WARNING!!!Please do not do business with this organization. They are a complete SCAM. I booked 5 tickets to Nicaragua. They never send me e-tickets so decided to call them to find out what had happened. I call 8 times the phone was continually disconnected. Finally after the 8th time the lady said that my tickets were on hold because I did not submit some security procedure ( they processed $1 through my bank and I was supposed to email that amount) as a security precaution. I asked the lady what city she was in and she kept avoiding my question them just hung up on my. card was charged and that I would. I thought for sure it was a scam so I kept trying to get a hold of someone. After two several hours on hold I finally spoken to a gentleman with a heavy accent who assured me I would get my e tickets by midnight. However, something just didn't seem right. I called back, was kept on hold yet another hour. Finally a lady came back to say that she was sorry but I did not have airline tickets, and that I would get a refund. I'm praying to God that she refunds my money. I am in contact with my back waiting to dispute the charges if the refund does not happen.

Review: On 6/23/15 I purchased two airline tickets at LatinOFare.com. Late the same night (after 9pm) I missed a phone call from the number I now know to belong to this company; there was no voicemail. Upon opening my email the next morning, I found the following message:"This booking is confirmed but the transition is on hold as we need to confirm certain information with you before we release E Ticket confirmation. Please do not purchase this ticket(s) elsewhere because we may have already processed your credit card.Please call us immediately on ###-###-#### or ###-###-####"I thought this was odd so I verified the phone number on the website and called. I was told that the tickets were no longer available at the agreed up on price of $1508 and that more [personal] information was needed from me to get the updated price. At that point I [verbally] cancelled the booking and made it clear that I did not agree to pay a dollar more than the listed price, which is even now still posted on their website.The charges are still pending on my credit card and I have yet to receive any tickets or actual booking confirmation. After becoming concerned about all of this, I looked into the company and have found that this is common practice and I will be lucky to get my money back. The latter is yet to be determined, but the fact that the price of $1508 is still posted on the website and a second call to the company confirmed that said price is no longer available, coupled with the exact same experience from [at least] dozens of other consumers is alarming.Desired Settlement: modification/discontinuation of advertised claim and delivery of product/service at advertised price.

Review: On August 23, 2014, I purchased tickets to Mexico for my family of five. I received an e-ticket confirmation and had the total charge of $3,615.00 removed from my checking account. The tickets were issued for the family to fly via Delta Airlines and AeroMexico in December of 2014. Due to the horrible service, we were delayed in Leon, Gto., Mexico for five days during the Christmas holiday. We were later delayed for days in Detroit Michigan when returning. Our bags were lost, and the story continues. Bottom line, is that Delta Airlines approved AND issued a refund for the tickets purchased. HOWEVER, they issued a credit to "American Express", who they claim, purchased the tickets. Apparently, Latinofare purchased the tickets for us from Delta. (not familiar with how this is transacted).Since January, 2015. I have been in contact with Delta Airlines, AeroMexico and LatinoFare. Delta issued the credit for these tickets in February, I believe. Nevertheless, Latinofare refuses to return our money. I have contacted them many many times, written emails to them and explained that I would file a complaint against them. No return phone calls, no reply to emails. The closest I got, was to "chatting" with an employee, who assured me that he would have somebody contact me. Obviously, nobody did.Desired Settlement: I would ask that Latinofare refund my $3,615.00 immediately. There is simply no reason for them to continue to hold back those monies. Delta has made it clear that they issued the credit and has complied accordingly. Delta has, also, corresponded with me to give me the information of how to reach the agency. However, they, as I, have no idea of how to proceed. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

The return leg for Original date 03rd January 2015 was reissued and changed for different date multiple times with consent of the Customer.Delta Airline Agent CHUCK- with Location ID-VJE confirmed on 18th May, 2015 at 9:26:53 PST that No Refund was processed for this booking OR was a credit issued to Latinofare.com for these tickets. The tickets were complete USED by the Customer.With due respect to the customer a travel agent cannot be held responsible for Loss/Delay or Damage baggage. The customers complaint regarding her Lost/Delay Baggage is to be dealt with the airlines directly as our Liability for loss, damage, or delay of baggage is solely the responsibility of the airline. We do not hold any responsibility for any lost or damaged baggage during the travel.
