Review: I purchased a [redacted] handbag from [redacted], and the bag is under warranty. There is a tear in the seam and I inquired about a replacement on May [redacted]. A few weeks passed and I received no response so I called Latique Handbags and spoke to [redacted]. On June [redacted] emailed me photos of a handbag to replace my damaged bag, and I could choose black or brown. I was not satisfied with the one and only option presented to me. I followed up with 2 emails and a phone call and have not been given any other option. On the last phone call with [redacted] she told me she sent an email to me inviting me to a sample sale (and I email I did NOT receive). I asked her to forward it to me as proof she tried to contact me but she was unable to come up with the email. I was told that they are a small company and don't have a showroom with a lot of options to send as a replacement. The [redacted] website should not clearly state they will replace a bag under warranty if they are not capable of doing this. The issue has still not been resolved.Desired Settlement: The value of the bag is around $225. I would like a check mailed to me for that amount so I can purchase a bag from another company that provides better service to customers. I am tired of being lied to and brushed off by [redacted].
