I am rejecting this response because:** *** *** *** *** *** ** ** *** *** *** *** * *** *** ** *** *** * *** *** ** ** *** *** *** *** *** ** ** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** they told me that no refund was going to "come my way" *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** . * *** *** ** *** * *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** when I called the store to talk to the manager, also told me that she did not understand any Englishand refused to answer any questions on why I could not get a refund* *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** *** and that I could get my nails fixed but for more money. and I was informed by wendy that under no conditions that I would ever get my money back because her employees never make mistakesand that the owner will back her all the time*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** my nails are all off now and my fingers and esecially my nails are so ruined by how they all came offi can not even get a new set til my natural nail has a chance to heal and not be so sore and brittle. ** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** * *** *** * *** *** *** *** * *** ** ** *** *** ** *** *** I did express my dissatisfaction with the service and I did tell the lady that I wasi even came back the next day and they told me that they would fix it for more money** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** * *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** a** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** * *** *** ** * *** *** *** *** * *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** ** *** ** *** *** the tech was very rudewhen I went in to the salon a few days before I got my nails done they told me a price and when I asked if it was for gel tips and gel overlay and fill the tech and the gentlemen there told me it was $plus taxand when I went in a few days later the price went up to $plus taxthey did not give the correct price when I came in a few days beforeadn when I asked why the price went up the tech told me that she did not understandi said that I came in a few days before and was told $plus tax and she said that she did not understandand continued to say that. I had asked her if she was going to fix my nail and she said that it was fixed which it was not fixedthe man that works there told me that I could get it fixed but it would cost more and that they had no more time that day because of all the appointments that they had that dayso I came back the next day and all techs that were there told me that it would cost me more to get it fixed when I asked how much more they told e $morethey should have fixed it on that Thursday that I got my nails doneand it should have costed me nothing to fix their mistake. thank you *** ***

[redacted]The client called for appointment and and price was discussed, but when the client came she decided to get a more expensive type of nails, so was informed that it was $15.00 more.When she arrived we were running late by 15 minutes., we apologized, we do not practise...
being late, sometimes unavoidable. We have never had a complaint against this staff member. The person could have asked to have the nails redone or informed us that she was dissatisfied at that time.
