I received an email from Angeline M[redacted] out Sr. Concierge in the Pittsburgh location about [redacted] being upset about purchasing a 6 Month Bundle Blue Membership because she loves the comedy aspect of the program. I responded to Angeline that I would call her. I finally was able to reach **...

[redacted] on 11/18 via the phone. We had a wonderful conversation and explained to her that for the holiday season we do not have Comedy but we compensate in other ways. We do not have comedy because our venue is in high demand for Holiday events and our Comedy room is used for private holiday parties. For the month of December we give all paying members a $25.00 gift card to compensate for the lack of comedy. After speaking with [redacted], I wanted to make this situation right as she felt the program was not explained to her properly. I agreed with her and told her that I would move her billing out 2 month so she can receive 2 additional free months of comedy tickets for the program. I also added 6 additional comedy tickets for her to use as she felt fit with no expiration date on them. This made her very happy. I told her that she would now be able to enjoy multiple comedy shows within a months time. She stated she was very happy with the outcome and nothing further was needed. [redacted] account was documented and a email was sent to Jasmine F[redacted] the new Sr. Concierge of the program for the Pitt Venue. Jasmine was told to reach and say hello and welcome her to the venue at any time. I have enclosed a picture of [redacted] account to see that the 6 additional comedy tickets were added to her account.

Review: I am not sure if I should be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com or not, but I didn't know where else to go.

I have been given a gift card in the amount of $60 as a gift and shortly after the business has closed. The phone number listed was shut off. I am unable to get a hold of them to get a refund for the gift card. What should I do?

Review: On September 15th we visited this location to celebrate my sons birthday. While we were dining the server gave us a sales pitch for a membership package. My husband and I purchase the package for 6 months solely for the comedy tickets it offered. The package includes per month 2 comedy tickets, movies, bowling and a $25 game card.This first month we had the package we used the comedy tickets. We went online to choose a show to schedule for our second month to find a message that said due to the high amount of private parties there will be no comedy shows for November and December. I reached out to the concierge on 11/6 to find out how they would handle this and I was offered an extra game card. I expressed to her that I wasn't interested in a game card and that again the only reason we purchased this package was for the comedy shows. At that time I requested a refund. She told me she would have her boss call me back that night. As of late that evening I had not received a call so I called her again and was directed to her voice mail where I left a message that was also unreturned. I filled out a customer contact form on their website explaining my situation and requesting a refund for the remainder 5 months of this membership. This request also went unanswered. My next attempt would be to go directly to their corporate office but according to their website the phones are down there.I paid a total of $159.11 I was able to use 1 month of comedy tickets so I feel I am owed $132.59. If they would have been honest and told us they would not honor the show tickets in November and December we would have not purchased this.Desired Settlement: My purchase price was 159.11 for 6 months. Which works out to $26.52 per month. I would like a refund for the remaining 5 months for a total of $132.59.
