*** ** *** Prior to addressing the complaint, I want to correct the following items: 1. The original contract was June not 2. The contract price was $279,(Specifications attached) 3. The home warranty is a two year warranty The *** had an independent third party inspect their home on or around 8/21/and they provided me a copy of the reportTo date all items have been corrected by the professionals I hired including, but not limited to, a roofer, a framer, the original floor installation company, a painter, and the window companyMost items on the inspection were "cosmetic" in natureThe items I personally addressed, utilizing my over years of professional building experience did not require a license, including install a light switch cover, hose bibb backflow preventers, adjusting several doors, adjust a door striker plate, and caulking the exterior electric and gas conduit and lightOne item I was asked to fix, not on the inspector's report, was the "wobbeling" of a bedroom ceiling fan when it is on highThis fan is a used fan brought over from their previous home and I have no responsibility to fix used itemsI agreed to try and do so, purchased a Blade Balancing Kit, and scheduled my electrician to come by Wednesday November 4, However, I will try and honor Natasha's request to not go in her house therefore, I am not going in to fix something that is not my responsibilityThe balancing of the used fan is now their responsibility, and If they want the balancing kit my wife can provide same kit at their requestPlease note: I will make every effort to not go in the house but there may be an occasion where I have to.

I have responded to all the *** complaints/requests and corrected everything to date including the items on the 17page inspection reportI am at a loss as to what
*** *** wantsThe only contact I have with them is through the Revdex.com as they, or their representative, do not contact me directBella Vista Homes has followed up with *** on multiple occasions and he has not brought up anything pending in monthsRegarding the current complaint via the Revdex.com dated December 7, I will address the following: 1. Windows- All metal windows are susceptible to condensation mainly due to lower outside temperatures and the humidity in the homeI have attached an article "Condensation on Windows and Doors" for everyone's reviewThe solution to not have condensation during colder outdoor temperatures is to lower the humidity inside the homePlease note the attached Howard's Specifications dated September 25, states Aluminum double pane (Low E) windows and foam insulated walls and under roof deckingThe customer, and their Customer's Representative, were involved in the building process throughout the entire process 2. "Debris not cleaned up on the side of the house"- to my knowledge the "debris" consists of materials left over after they had concrete steps and an additional patio installed at their requestI offered to haul off same but MrTruss said to not do soIf they want it hauled off I will gladly do same upon a written request3. "He literally packed his equipment and left the state"- Both the *** and I live in the same lot sub division known as Bella Vista at Cottonwood Creek and I have not moved out of state4. "Breach of Warranty"- I am requesting a written list of items constituting "Breach of Warranty" showing I did not follow acceptable building practices, followed the Construction Contract or Howard's Specifications*** *** opened her complaint with "This is my third and I know for a fact not my last time having issues with *** *** and his 'business' Bella Vista Custom Homes." As such I would respectfully request any and all future complaints cite the specific warranty issue and the cureFormerly, I waived the legal fees I could have legally collected when I was forced to invoke arbitration in order to collect the monies owed me and ended up completing their homeDuring the arbitration process the ***, their representative and their lawyer all failed to respond in any manner or be a part of the arbitration process, to pay the appropriate fees and in fact their lawyer withdrew from the casePlease note during this case I never received anything from them verbally or in writing as to any problems, corrections, concerns etcAgain, all I have ever received is the 17page report that has been handledFYI, I have attached a letter to the *** dated August 24, stating I would pay half of a 2-Warranty Policy that would cover their foundation for ten yearsWhereas, the foundation was engineered, inspected and poured correctly following standard construction practices the fact remains the home is built on clay soil as is my home in the same sub divisionI am including this letter as The offer to pay half is withdrawn and I want the Revdex.com to know what I tried to do and their subsequent refusal to accept my offer *** ***
