This company is horribleI received this company through American Home Shield for a stoppage in my plumbingAfter the first time the tech could not figure out the problemI then called back a week later a received the same company for the same tech to tell me he did not know the problem and would call and request a camera and call me backAfter a month I never received a callSo I call American Home Shield for them to send the Tiger Plumbing back out and for the tech to tell me he "forgot" to call and will now call after he could not figure out the problemThen I had the wonderful experience of talking to the secretary for her to flip an attitude with meThen I was able to speak with a supervisor who decided to cut me off while I was speakingWell let it be known to whomever needs a company for a plumbing issue, stay clear of these wing nuts
AWFUL SERVICE...I would like to let the public know to NOT do business with TIGER PLUMBING . On April 7, 2016 Tiger plumbing was sent by American Home Shield to reroute plumbing at my residence. A worker was sent and work was started however the worker NEVER RETURNED...Had to get another company to complete the job. AGAIN on May 24th AHS sent Tiger Plumbing for a gas leak...Again TIGER PLUMBING came out and NEVER RETURNED to complete the job. AHS should find another company to contract with.
