September 7, 2015Dear *** ***,I am writing you in reference to a complaint filed by a customer with reference number ***I have spoken to my employees and have gotten their statements about the issue regarding this matterFirst of all we operate by the concept that the customer is always
right, however *** *** as I was told was offered a refund but had to pay the restocking fees as set forth in the sales contract when she bought the merchandise, which she signed onBut she refused the offer and kept persistent that she wanted a discount or a full refund, we told her that we had sold her the mattress at a discounted rate and any more discounts would result in a loss on the sale and the fact that she opened the mattress and used it would result in a restocking fee if she wanted a refundMy employees had also mentioned the she was extremely rude with them which is why a settlement was not reached.Thank youMohammad Y.President
