Andy called to respond and stated: Her car is in her possession and it is fixed. I have done twice as much work to it as she told me was wrong with it. I did not charge her for it. I have written off the balance owed which came to over $700, she only paid $300 on May 30,2015.  I believe this...

Andy called to respond to the rebuttal. He stated: I wrote off the balance of $396.21, not the full amount of $716.21, because she paid me $320. I replaced a ball joint, an outer tie rod, the water pump, NYS inspection was completed, fixed wiring for lights to work, fixed wipers, and I put on a set of used struts. I also took out my spare tire out of my own car, and put it on her car so that it would pass inspection at no charge. Therefore, she is not entitled to any refund. The monies she paid of $320.00 was for the work listed in this response. No further write off is going to happen.
