Con todo el respeto que me merecen doy contestación al documento que recibí donde el cliente #XXXXXXXX se está quejando de los servicios de mi compañía.

Dato curioso, es el primer reporte y mi compañía lleva ya laborando 2 años y 6 meses. Tengo muchos clientes muy satisfechos. Pero mi trabajo no es hacer tarjetas eso lo hago yo como un servicio con un intermediario y si el trabajo se tarda no es culpa mía. Mi negocio es la PUBLICIDAD y eso el cliente lo sabe, que a ella NUNCA le he vendido NINGUN anuncio para Lattinissima por lo tanto las clausulas que tenemos para los anuncios así mismo lo especifican y NO APLICAN en tarjetas de negocio. Lamento reconocer y tener que mencionar que ella tiene un problema personal conmigo y quiere dañar mi negocio y mi reputación.
Por lo tanto doy explicación de lo siguiente:
El cliente tiene el trabajo en sus manos y si lo recibió tarde fue porque se tomo ella mucho tiempo para aprobar el diseño.
Yo siempre fui cortes con ella.
Ella recibió su trabajo. Tengo todos los correos electrónicos y mensajes privados donde hizo muchos cambios al diseño, cambios por los cuáles NO ESTABA PAGANDO NADA!
Ella pago por su trabajo, yo no le firme NINGUN documento que dijera que tendría el trabajo en 7 días y menos cuando ella no estaba aprobando el diseño abusando de mi buena voluntad.
Aun así se le ofreció hacer el trabajo de nuevo o darle crédito pero para entonces ella ya había publicado difamaciones de mi persona y mi trabajo.
Ella quiso manipularme o chantajearme escribiendo en público y en una de mis fotos personales en una red social que yo no le entregue su trabajo lo cual fue una TOTAL MENTIRA. En pocas palabras me estaba difamando.
Se porto de una manera muy inmadura al exigirme y chantajearme.
Tengo todos los mensajes de texto yo NUNCA la ofendí.
El segundo trabajo que ordeno era mucho más caro y se le cobro muy económico, también abusando de mi buena voluntad exigió cambios una y otra vez al diseño y tampoco estaba pagando NADA.
Repito, el problema de ella es personal y me parece injusto que quiera manipular la situación incluidos a ustedes.

I just want to clarify some things that Ms. [redacted] is blaming me of.
-First of all, I do not have any personal issues towards her. I contacted her for business purposes and that's it. Her first words towards me were "Eres una nina" implying that was a little girl.
- I do not understand how is she saying that I took so long to give them the lay out when they already had everything. There was a change for my new business address, fax and phone number which was provided to her the day her employee collected the money.
-Ms. [redacted] several of times said I was very unprofessional, that I was a little girl and called me names all implying that I was young. I am young, but not unprofessional. I have worked to have my business, get all the required licensed and just because I have accomplished this at a young age does not make me irresponsible or unprofessional.
- Also, she had already agreed to give me my money back but she will not answer any of my calls, text messages and private messages on Facebook (this is how I was contacted by her to provide me her services). I left a comment on one of her post on Facebook and it was then when she immediately contacted me. Not only was she upset but she said I will not get a refund any more because I contacted her publicly.
- Ms. [redacted] also claims she gave me the business card I ordered. She gave the right quantity but it was not with the information and I had approved.
- On her receipt it states clearly that if the client is NOT satisfied he/she will get a full refund. I mentioned this to her and her response was "sue me if you want to".
Now, Ms. [redacted] accusing me of blackmailing ("Chantajear"). I will she can provide proof because now I'm being accused for something I have not done.
All I am asking for is a full refund.

Lo máximo que puedo hacer es re-imprimir el trabajo siempre y cuando el cliente mande su diseño. Ya que a pesar de que s ele trabajo horas y horas en diseño QUE NO PAGO nunca le gusto. Ella puede conservar el trabajo que recibió y acepto y sin ningún problema enviar su nuevo diseño y volvemos a imprimirle. Ella pretende que nosotros trabajemos gratis para ella y sin ninguna duda así fue porque dio muchos problemas para aprobar su diseño para al final seguir siendo un problema!

I do not understand how this lady keeps claiming I did not paid for her services. I think she has made it very clear that she will not comply with her refund policy. I paid for business cards that will represent myself and my business. What she provided is NOT acceptable to use. She continues to blame me for her giving me some business cards I did NOT approved when clearly there was a lack of communication between her and her employee since the approved card was sent to her.
I am not asking for a free service! I want a refund and she can take her product.
