Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The informarion provide to the Revdex.com is false! I DID provide a change of address in the office on my drafting date in Dec 2015, its on all my bk paper work and court documents I have received from the courtsEvery piece of mail was mailed to me at my address provided to the law firm in December 2015, except the reaffirmation paper work that my finance company mailed them a month and some days prior to my BK dischargingTHE LAW FIRM DID NOT MAIL IT TO THE ADDRESS ON THE COURT DOCUMEMTS THEY DRAFTED IS NOT MY FAULT! YES, in order for me to gain credit on my car and yo keep the credit I built prior to the bankruptcy a reaffrimation is a mustIt was not fiked before my discharge because I dodnt receive it until May 2016, month after my bk was dischatgedSo no the law firm did not provide the full service I paid for, the affrimation papers filed! I was told in Dec it would be filed and it was easy to doThis law firm dropped the ball to me as a paying client and have total cause a huge problem with the car loan in question I still am seeking a full refund! It is not my fault the law firm did not file ithe reaffrimation on time or not my fault they mailed it to the wrong addressI can prove they had my current and updated address with the paper work they typed up, mailed me, trustee papers work and the courts, everything was mailed to me to the address provided except my reaffrimation papers! The law firm needs to own their mistakes and own the error and do the right thing for their clientSincerely, [redacted]

To Whom it May Concern:We have received the complaint from Ms*** *** and the following is our response. We are sorry to hear she was disappointed in us and did not feel as though we provided her with theservice she felt she should have receivedWe provided a successful Chapter bankruptcy
and Ms.*** complaint seems to boil down to not having received a reaffirmation (a courtesy contract thatsurvives beyond a bankruptcy) prior to the discharge so that it could be filed on the bankruptcy docket. As we have previously explained to Ms***, she did not provide her new address to our office. When she asked us over the phone to send the reaffirmatioto her, we did so and sent it to her address onfileApparently, she did not receive the reaffirmation as it was returned to us five weeks later stamped bythe post office that there was no forwarding addressAt no time did Ms*** call within those fiveweeks to let us know she hadn't received the reaffirmation agreement, so we were unaware it hadn't beendelivered.Regardless if it were filed or not, a reaffirmation is not necessary for Ms*** to keep her carAslong as she continues to pay the monthly payment amount, that will be credited towards what she owes. There are many firms from whom reaffirmations are not offeredWe do offer them for cars as a courtesy, but they are not essentialMs*** has not been injured by this lack of reaffirmation being filed.Thank you for your cooperation and assistance in this matter.Very truly yours,
