Hello sir/Mam,
Unsatisfactory service in PEMBROKE pines BMW.waiting hours minutes just for oil change
I PUT 1 STAR ONLY BECAUSE I CANT PUT ANY LESS, I will never go back to this place, I went there because my BMW was turning off and the check engine light was on, I never got to meet my service adviser, the receptionist told me he was going to call me and he never did, I found out that his name was [redacted] don"t you ever go to him!!!!!!!! the worst attitude, I called to ask if my car was ready and he said I had to pay attention to my phone because he had called me, then the rental company tells me that they were going to give me my money back and then now I call and tell me that it will take 10 days, THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! [redacted] the worst service adviser ever!!!!!! you wanna service your car?? don't come to this place, this people are a joke!!!!!!
