I see you had posted something on my Laughingbird facebook pageAnd I'd like to address it.I'm sorry that whatever issues you had in the support area escalated to what I had read in your post!Glenn has been my main support guy for years and he's awesome at it. You have to see it from his point
of view - you purchased a product more than years ago.Over the years, there has been a lot of updates and improvements in the software.And as a software company - in order stay alive, we do need charge for these upgrades.What you have mentioned in your letters are in regards to free UPDATESGlenn is a good guy and he works hardBut he's right...If you purchased Photoshop years ago, I guarantee they'd roll their eyes at you years later for a free upgrade. :) But I want to make you happy Tom.I’m willing to open up a download for you - please reply and send me your eMail address so I can set you up in the download portal.***

I see you had posted something on my Laughingbird facebook page. And I'd like to address it.

You have to see it from his point of view - you purchased a product more than 9 years ago.

I purchased their YouTube software and it did not work as advertised. It was a cheap version of something better. The letting did not respond to my mouse click, I literally clicked on the lettering over and over, I sent to the back any other layers and still, the lettering would respond randomly (after about 13 clicks to the curser. The window in to build the youtube banner was small. I could not make a YouTube banner on this software. It was a confusing, frustrating software experience. I asked them for a refund and IT WAS DENIED . . . all $27 of it. I have been an illustrator for 20 years and I would never touch another product from this company. Refund policies are my measuring stick for a company. Refunding without questions asked is the way any succesful, integral compay operates. The old school is to rob your unsatisfied customers. I have deleted the software and wasted the investment.
