The guest reservation was not fully executed and the guests never moved in The Owner of the Property they were going to rent is in the process of selling that property so we offered the guest another property of greater or equal value which they declined and we immediately gave them a full refund It is unclear to me why they filed a complaint [redacted] BROKERLaughlin Bullhead VacRentals & Sales

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Check in was at 3pm, showers were not attempted until later in the evening, after you were closed, hence the reason we called first thing in the morningThe lady I spoke to most diffently did make the statementIf you value your guest, you would not accuse them of not telling the truthThe maintenance man showed up, flipped the switch and with in hr was contacted again and told it wasn't working(phone records to support)This was friday, had to wait around most of the day to get it all figure out, just to be told it could not be fixed until saturdaySaturday morning comes along and he was suppose to be there between 9-930am, he didn't arrive until 11:amYes it was fixed at that timeThis is now Saturday afternoonnights without Hot water.....I insist a refund of the nightsPlease refund this amountShould you choose not to, I will be take it to the next step, Court! Yes, in CA since that is were the agreement was signedAlso, I have filed a Prelien Notice to the owners of the property and will pursue a Lein if neededIf you value your Relationships with your guest, then do the right thing, refund the money! The Guest called early Friday morning and we did tell them that the Owner "probably" had turned off the hot water heater and that we would call Maintenance to check on itWe then called our Maintenance person and he went to the house and had to flip a switch to get the hot water heater back onHe
also talked to these Guest and the OwnerBy Friday afternoon the hot water heater had stopped working and our Maintenance person bought a new hot water heater and installed it on SaturdayThese Guest checked in on 08/(Thursday) afternoonWe did not get a call from them regarding the hot water until Friday morning, in which we took care of right awayAs far as anyone in this office telling them "they would be OK with cold water" is utterly ridiculousWe run a Vacation Rental business and our customers are very important to us
