Review: When original repairs were supposed to have been done & went to pick up vehicle found obvious paint flaws from a distance including chips in paint and dings in bumper and door that was supposed to have been replaced & also a mark on grill but troy said they did'nt touch grille as it didn't need replaced . Troy assured me it would get looked over taken care of so I left it with them . When I got vehicle second time I noticed door alignment way out & interior door handle was wrong color to other one and they said they would take it & fix on different date .When I took it down the road there was an obvious shake in front end so it returned again which ended up being a bushing . When it returned from next fix the power door locks & windows weren't working correctly & door alignment still way off so more time off of work to take it back again. After a few months I noticed grille was real loose on truck so fed up I called [redacted] instead of Laughlin & I was informed grille was to be replaced from start & never happened . When I went back to laughlin to get them to replace I was told I had a conversation with them about not replacing it because I had other work done which was not the case because other work was quoted. Troy finally agreed to replace it because insurance wasnt paying to replace it again but when I went to pick it up that time I found no new grille but PVC plumbing fix.I feel like I was lied to & given run around from start when all I wanted was a correct fix . I don't understand how a company that did a very shoddy job from start can turn around and make the customer feel as though they are the bad guy trying to get over on them.Desired Settlement: I feel grille should be replaced like it should have been in beginning but I will never return there so I would like another repair shop to do it.

Complaint response ID # [redacted]Laughlin Towing made the owner aware that the original grille was never replaced as originally estimated by [redacted] Ins. Mr. [redacted] fully understood that the grille was never replaced per his statement "Troy said they did'nt touch grille as it didn't need replaced". The damage to the original grille was cosmetic and did not warrant replacement. Laughlin's used the surplus for the grille towards Mr. [redacted]'s extra work, which he now states he was never made aware of.The original repairs were completed on 8/21/15. Mr. [redacted] noticed in March of 2016, six months later that the grille in his vehicle was loose. Mr. [redacted] then contatced his ins. company with full knowledge that the grille had never been replaced from the original claim. [redacted] insurance issued Mr. [redacted] another additional payment for a NEW grille and door pin bushings on 3/17/16 in the amount of $329.44, This could be construed as insurance fraud as he accepted monies for a new grille with full knowledge that the original was never replaced.Mr.[redacted] brought his vehicle to Laughlin's on 8/9/16. Prior to leaving the shop Mr. [redacted] was made aware that Laughlin's felt they could affix the loose grille to the vehicle for him. When Mr.[redacted] retured later that day he was made aware that the technician was able to attach the grille with hardware and plastic shims, all of this was done for Mr. [redacted] as a courtesy at NO CHARGE leaving him with the payment he received from his insurance company in the amount of $329.44.Mr. [redacted]'s stated that his Desired settlement would be to take the vehicle to another shop. Mr. [redacted] still has the monies from his insurance company and is free to take his vehicle wherever he chooses,
