Similar situation from prior review.. we paid up front for tutoring and act bootcamp and the gentleman, which seems like a one man show stated would credit the money for the tutoring back on our credit card and never has... was responsive when we were trying to coordinate a tutoring time but now that we want our money back he has not responded.

Also the location was suppose to be at riverwalk in Jenks and many people showed up to find out it was closed and they moved to some random office building in Broken Arrow about 30 minutes away.. My daughter also says was very unprofessional and she didnt learn anything more than what she was taught in school..

We paid for June and July for our son to go to ACT courses. We cancelled at the end of July for the August session due to school starting back and vacations planned. We were charged 7/26/18 for the month of August $499. We had left several voicemails letting them know we had cancelled and was awaiting our reimbursement. I was asked to send an email requesting funds back which I did twice and never received the money back. My husband went to the site on 8/23/18 to speak them about the reimbursement they owed us and said they would give us and found out they had moved out of that location that very day. They will not return my calls.
