Launch Theatre Productions

I purchased 2 tickets for a Launch Theatre Productions of Cinderella. I purchased the tickets on line, but this production was advertised locally in the paper and by publication cards. It was to be held on 2/19 and 2/20/2016 at Wayne Community College. I purchased 2 tickets for the 2/20/16 show on 2/5/16 and I received an attendance reminder e-mail on 2/18/16. I drove to the college where the production was to be. There was no play being held that night and it had not occurred the night before either. The security guard knew nothing of the play, neither planned nor cancelled. There were no signs posted indicating the play was cancelled. When we were made aware of the need to reschedule, we immediately began making the public aware as best we could. We had primarily advertised on social media, so this is where we began in notifying the public that the production had been rescheduled for April 15 & 16, assuring those who had previously purchased tickets that they could either receive a refund or use their tickets for the new show dates.I received a phone message from Ms. [redacted] mid February regarding the cancelled production and returned her call a few days later. I left a voicemail for Ms. [redacted], letting her know that she could either get a refund or use the tickets in April. I asked her to let me know which she wanted to do. I never received a call instructing me either way. The option is still open for Ms. [redacted] to either get a refund for the $18.86 she spent on the tickets or to use the tickets on either April 15 or 16.On behalf of Launch Theatre Productions, I apologize for any inconvenience and frustration this has caused Ms. [redacted].
