Launderland Wash and Dry

Review: I really like going in to this laundry place. Today I would say was not a plecent visit. I visit this place because its clean and it has several 6-load washers and 3 large dryers. There are two other laundry places way closer to my home but I really like this one even though its 15 minute drive from home. So as I was waiting for one of the large dryers the lady that does work there was using to but only had a sign one that said it was reserved for the fluff and fold service thats also provided. So I waited for the dryer for 20 minutes which was the time remaing on the dryer. So time was up and she put in a couple quarters in and add 10 more minutes. I comtinued to wait. So then she swited the reserved sign over to the next dryer. I was still waiting because there was only 5 minutes left on the she had removed the sign from. This whole time (about 45 min) im standing there waiting there with my basket of we clothes waiting for this dryers. I any pregnant and 45 minutes standing there got me really tiered. As I walked away for 2 minutes I come back and it turns out the lady working there was taking her time because she was saving it for someone else. I got really angre but I dont like to cause a scene. I heard when this other person was thanking her which I really think is unfair and unprofessional on this employee.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology for the employee and something in return for my time wasted and the way she mayed me feel like if I did not exist when I was standing no more then 10 feet away from her.
