spirit of customer satisfaction and in an effort to clarify any miscommunication, a check for the financing term difference of $482.28 was sent. Ms. [redacted] was very satisfied with this resolution.

The manager [redacted] and [redacted] went above and beyond to try and fix the situation and did everything they could. They put me in a new car and I am completely satisfied.
