Review: about 5 months ago, Triple Load machine "C" was broken. I have left over 5 voicemails to the number posted in the laundromat and even spoke with a young girl and gave her my address one time that that my call was actually returned. after tha I called and left messages at least another 4 times with no refund. The refund was for $4.00. I was told I would get one but that was many months ago. I would still like this refund.Desired Settlement: Please mail a check or money order to my address ASAP, as I will be moving in 3 weeks and would need that before I move.

Review: I used a dryer at this establishment yesterday July ** 2014. It was the only dryer not in use. I put $1 .25 in the machine and waited the 35min. After, my clothes were still very wet. No other dryer was available so I put an additional 50 cents in the machine and waited 14 more min. My clothes were still very wet. By then another dryer had opened up. I notified the lady who works at the laundromat that her machine wasn't drying the clothes at all, and asked for my $1.75 back. She placed a strip of blue tape over the coin slot in the machine to notify others that it was no longer in use. She also said she would not give me a refund, and that I was supposed to call the number listed on the wall.

I moved my clothes to the other dryer and put another $1 into that machine, and waited another 28min for my clothes to dry. While waiting for my clothes to dry, I called the number on the wall: ###-###-####. The phone rang 4 times and went straight to an automated message that says 'Hello Please leave a message after the tone' I left a message explaining the situation. I then sent a text message follow-up to the number. No reply. I called again today and left another voicemail. No reply.

This is the second time I've had an incident with broken machines at this laundromat, and the second time I called that number. The first time was towards the end of 2013. That time I called that number several times and no one ever called me back. According to reviews on [redacted], this has happened to others as well. See [redacted] This establishment is guilty of providing inadequate machines and furthermore does not provide support to customers or refunds. Please help me address this issue with the establishment. They will keep doing this over and over again until someone does something about it. It's not the money; it's the principal. I want my refund for the most recent problem, and I want them to commit to giving on-site refunds to customers. I think this is more than reasonable.Desired Settlement: I want my $1.75 refund in cash. I also want this establishment to commit to providing refunds on-site when faulty machines are reported. Customers shouldn't need to call some number and wait (to no avail) for someone to call them back to get $1 refund.
