Business would not refund my money nor start the correct machine for me.Today [redacted] 2015 at abot [redacted] pm I started and paid for an empty washer by mistake. I told the clerk and she called her immediate supervisor over the phone. He stated that it was my fault and they couldnt refund my money nor start the correct machine for me. The clerk told me that they have cards for this reason but if she used it to rectify the situation, it would be taken from her check.I also have pictures and a video of the empty machine washing as proof.Desired SettlementHelp in getting a refund. This business also has refused to issue new cards or store credit when told that the laundry cards purchased from them that have money left (as credit) do not work on the machines (the magnetic strip wears out). Since these are issues too small for small claims court, im certain that many people have lost money because of this, and this business takes aadvantage of this fact.It results in customers buying new cards and losing money.
