My first time experience with them is lousy. I joined as a new customer on 7/1/2018. I arranged a pickup for 7/2/2018. After waiting 6 hours I called and was told that they had no drivers due to the holiday and they wouldn't be able to pick it up until Friday. However, this was not explained ahead of time. And I had to call them to find out. As far as I'm concerned, they are just con artists giving someone the runaround. Unreliable.
This will be my first and only attempt to deal with them.
