The minimum service call out fee covers not only the time onsite but, travel expenses from Falconer to Bemus Point and back along with clerical time to invoice out and collectThe $fee us standard rate, not to mention the tester used to find the issue so quickly is one that costs over $2,that we use on industrial customers projectsWe are one of the biggest and busiest contractors in the area and never have any payment issues or complaintsWe have the highest rated customer review ratings possible on Angie's List, Revdex.com, Facebook and similarCustomer service is top priority, but we don't work for feeWe may not have the cheapest rates in town, but we shouldn't for the caliber of guys we keep on staffThe "kids" that the customer referenced are some of the most experienced, LICENSED, electricians in the areaThe guy on your site has wired some of the largest commercial projects in Western NY including story hotels, multi building apartment complexes, gas stations and moreQuestioning a bill is fine, but not my employees skill levelHe found the problem in a short amount of time which is the root of your complaint so it seems foolish to question his capabilityWe also have the ONLY non union, NY State Certified/Monitored electrical apprenticeship in Western NY, because we are the only one who meet the strict NY state guidlinesSo all in all you can be assured you only have skilled electricians employed here at Moonlight ElectricIf the customer was this concerned about a minimum service call out fee, perhaps he should have shopped pricing around before he had us do the work and not afterthe job was doneAgain it is our standard fee and I expect payment in full for a complete job that was done in fullWe will take the proper actions and turn into our collection department and legal department (and associated legal fees) since now our reputation will be put at risk because of this complaint for a job well done that someone simply doesn't want to pay for

The dress that the costumer is missing was lost by the Dry Cleaning plant to which
we outsource the dry cleaning work
A reimbursement check for the full disputed amount, $59, was mailed to the costumer

Our minimum service call out fee is $150.00 for the first hour or less. That means 10 minutes on site or 60 minutes on site is $150.00 and then our standard $75.00 an hour after that.
