We are repairing the machine in our shop. The problem with the door was excessive wear due to operator error. The machine would not start because of the wear on the handle. Operators were not pushing the "unlock" button on the handle before they opened the door. The problem...
with the shaking is related to the deterioration of the wooden floor. The machine does not shake when it is in our shop. While it is true customer had same machine before, the wood of his floor is compromised. We will have some suggestions for the customer to "shore up" his floor. It is not a machine problem. We will be returning the machine week of January 12th and picking up the "loaner" machine we left them to help them out.
