To whom it may concern, I have discussed with my manager who has a different take on the matter*** *** confronted my manager, when told, we are not responsible for the wool sweaters shrinkingWe take great pride in reliable wash and fold service to our customersHowever, it is the
customer's responsibility to let us know about "special needs" on their drop offIn this case, the wool sweaters should have been mentioned to our attendantAttendant would have advised customer to use our dry-cleaning services instead of the wash and fold.
