We received the customer's email complaint for a missing order on October 8th. Our driver checked his full route to try and recover the order in case it was miss delivered. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate the order. Followed up with the...

customer on Monday October 12th to open a claim and have the customer reimbursed for the lost order. We issued a refund for the order the customer paid for but was not delivered on October 13th. To reimburse the customer for the missing items the customer will be sent two new pairs of pants he selected that are comparable to the pants originally sent in to laundry locker by Tuesday November 3rd. I filed this complaint because I could not originally get a hold of an individual at the business. I was able to contact the business and they replaced the articles and compensated me for my loss including refunding the cost of the laundry service. I appreciate the business attention to getting this resolved. I request that this Revdex.com complaint be withdrawn and thanks to Laundry Locker for replacing the items.
