I will never deal with Laundry Nation again. My first order had to be exchanged because it was the wrong part. My second order was lost. I re-ordered and received the part. I opened the package to make sure it was correct. When my repair man tried to install it he found it was defective. They won't replace because it was too old. I received the mailing less than a month ago. Never received a call from a supervisor as requested. Tried settling this issue with 3 calls that I made.
