To Whom It May Concern,     We have received the customer complaint of [redacted] regarding missing items.       We are sncerely sorry that this occured. The order was done by attendant [redacted] on the afternoon of 11/4. She left at 4:30, with...

everything done and accounted for. When customer picked up 2 hours later, the night attendant, [redacted], is the one who handled the transaction.     Somehow, between 4:30 and 6:30, one of the bags was either stolen or mistakenly given to another customer. All bags are tagged, so we beleive it must've been stolen when [redacted] was not looking.     We understand that, regardless of how it happened, the customer is not at fault and should be reimbursed if the items are missing.  But we feel the total she is demanding is in excess. We also find it a bit questionable that she just so happens to have a detailed itemized list AND photos of items missing....all the way to the last towel....from a bag of laundry she never saw or recieved.     We do not want to carry this on any further.  But we feel her demands are extreme and questionable. And her threats are not professional or necessary. We would like to find middle ground.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
[I prepared an itemized list because the associate I spoke with asked for one to help in locating my items, I sent this list to the owner at the outset so he would know what was missing. In preparing my estimation, I did not demand restitution for several items and offered to settle for less than the value of my items. It is not my fault who business was negligent and allowed the items to be stolen and therefore they should be required to fully reimburse me the value of my clothing. I gathered screenshots and receipts so that the business owner would know that the value I am asking is fair and reasonable. Furthermore, I never threatened anyone, I merely stated that if the business owner did not reimburse me properly I would sue, which is a fact.I am not willing to settle for less, I proceeded he business owner more than ample opportunity to do the right thing and pay me less than the amount of damages I have suffered and he failed to do so. Now, if I do not receive my money, I will take this to Court and he will wind up paying more than the amount requested through the Revdex.com. Business owners should not be allowed to take advantage of people and force them to go to Court, especially when I have voicemails feom their employees offering to pay me then the business owner just neglected to do so..]
