This company responded to my request for an estimate same dayHowever, they never showed up at the scheduled timeAfter I initiated phone calls back to the company to find out what was going on, I was only able to leave messages for a Mary Pepper that were not returnedI lost time from my job to be onsite for the estimate and National Tree Service did not think enough of potential business to give a courtesy call in regards to my appointment
The ladies at the call center were nice but sad they work for a business were only one person can make call backsI would not encourage any consumer needing such services to waste time with themSelect a company that treats you with common courtesy regarding your time
