Review: Concrete person, Wayman *. M[redacted], Jr., is the alleged owner of this company. I contacted him to replace four blocks of concrete outside my row home. One of the blocks is curbside and has an electric pole grounded in it. He said he would be able to replace the uneven block of concrete around it. On the day he was performing the concrete work, which was June 23, 2014, I came home and he was still there. Apparently, he lifted up a chunk of the concrete by the pole, and left it sticking up in dangerous angle, with a large gap where one can see under ground. He advised me that there is an problem and he can't handle the job, and I need to contact [redacted]. He said there was a sinkhole under the concrete and it would be [redacted]'s responsibility to repair it, and that he knew they would repair it. I contacted [redacted] and on June 26th, they came by to take a look at the the electric pole and the concrete. They said it was safe and they can't do anything about it, and to re-contact my contractor to repair the concrete. They said there was not a sinkhole underneath. On June 27th, I sent Mr. M[redacted] a text message at one of his cell phone numbers, and on June 29th I sent him another text message at his other cell phone number, wherein I explained what [redacted] told me and requested that he pass by my house and do something to flatten back out the large chunk of concrete he pulled up. He has not gotten back to me regarding this matter. This is a danger to people and I am concerned of a lawsuit if someone falls at this location. Additionally, on the 3 other concrete blocks in front of my house that he replaced, he missed a few small spots a the edges where he replaced the blocks. He told me that my iron gate would be firm after he replaced the concrete, but it is no different from before. He needs to fill in a few small spots. This would not take him more than a few minutes.Note that I paid cash for the work on June 23rd, and I do have receipts. He credited me for not fixing the block by the electrical pole.Desired Settlement: I want the concrete block where he lifted it up by the electrical pole, be put back in place, so that it is not raised so high and there is not an open gap.I also would like him to do a little more work around the edges I referred to above where he replaced the concrete
