As previous reviews unanimously state, the Laura Doyle "Guaranteed 14-Day Money Back Guarantee" is a scam. There is no guarantee, they have to supposably review all the "work" they feel you should have done. Including watching over 150 videos (most over an hour long) in 14 days, use the skills, post on Facebook, attend webinars/lives, and more in 14 days. That is not possible. They make their "guarantee" conditionally unobtainable. I reached out for the refund. Took days to weeks between my 4 emails to them. To have received an email that stated with "oh my that sound disappointing". After almost 3 weeks after my request for a refund, reaching out several times with no response. I was told I am ineligible for a refund because I didn't complete the additional 65 bonus content videos. Crazy. But from looking at other reviews, it is their business plan to do this. Seems like this should be a consumer reports or BBB complaint. Misleading/misrepresenting "guaranteed refund".

This company offered a seven day, money back guarantee. When I reached out during the 7 day trial window to cancel and receive my refund, the company willfully Stone walked me. The phone number associated with the company does not have a live person or means to access a live person. The customer contact person gave me the run around and did not contact me with their refusal of my refund request until a full week after my initial contact. When I questioned their policy, I was met with that I didn’t try hard enough and was not intelligent enough to understand the fine print. There was no effort made to meet their guarantee or make any refund period. Their business is a scam and fraudulent. It preys on women in struggling marriages or going through divorce.
