Laura Ingram Photo

In April of 2014, my sister and I purchased a gift certificate for our parents from Laura Ingram Photo, Aberdeen, NC, in the amount of $129.00. On December 27th, we had family photos taken by Ms. Ingram. We were told we would receive a link to the photos on February 3, 2015 though my parents didnt receive it until the 6th. My parents made several attempts, by phone and email, to contact Ms. Ingram to obtain information related to the photo package. Ms. Ingram did not respond. On January 23rd, I phoned and emailed Ms. Ingram requesting the additional information. February 1st, I submitted our picture preferences. I did not receive a confirmation from Ms. Ingram. I followed up on February 17th and Ms. Ingram stated they would arrive the week of February 23rd. They did not arrive and I again followed up on March 5th with no response from Ms. Ingram. I followed up on March 10th and Ms. Ingram responded on March 13th and stated the photos were printing at the lab. She asked for my address and stated she would have [redacted] ship them directly to me and that I would have them by March 17th without fail. I again followed up on March 21st, no response, and March 27th. March 29th Ms. Ingram stated she had to resubmit the order to the lab several times but the lab would ship the photos the following day. On April 8, 2015 I sent Ms. Ingram an email and stated we still had not received the photos, expressed my familys frustration over the amount of effort it has taken on our end to obtain information related to the status of the photos, and that we would gladly take a refund as we want the situation resolved. As of today, April 12, 2015, I have not received a response from Ms. Ingram nor have I received the photographs.Product_Or_Service: Photo Package Gift CertificateDesired SettlementAt this point, we will accept a refund as it appears there are issues with the photos.Business Response Photos are on their way.
