Mr [redacted] bought a vehicle, Jeep Cherokee on Dec 9th, Per Jeep, we performed a flash to update PCMThen the check engine light came on and it was necessary to replace the transmissionThe customer was given a rental car at no charge during the replacementThe customer didn't want to pick up the car due to the fact he didn't feel safeHe contacted the manufacturerPer the lemon law, the manufacturer, not the selling dealer, are responsible for any buybacksConsumers are protected, but by the manufacturer of the vehicleIf Mr [redacted] is having problems with the vehicle, he should take it to a dealer for inspection/ and or repairThe vehicle is completely under warranty

The customer brought his truck in for a oil change and asked for the car wash, which is a hand wash with only quality detail supplies The truck was very dirty when he came in which made it impossible to see any thin scratches When the vehicle was pulled up after the wash, he said that
the door had a scratch that wasn't there priorI explained that we most likely didn't cause the scratch, and what about the deep scratch at the top of the doorHe knew about that, since he was keyedThis is on the same door and is very deep, down to the metal all the way across the doorI said we could have our company that repairs scratches take care of that as goodwill, since I didn't think the scratches are from usThe vehicle was brought in on Thursday, the day our paint person comes out, but the customer was in a hurryWe rushed the scratch repair, due to her having to leave soonShe stated after looking at the repair, it was still visibleKeep in mind, this is on a door that has been keyed from one side to the other.I am willing to have the paint person spend more time on the minor scratches, but I will need the vehicle for hoursI am also willing to give them a day rental car, with Enterprise at the dealerships expense
