Review: I first experienced Laura's candies while on a Mardi Gras trip their an they had the best prailines ever so when I returned home we decided to order some instead of driving their that made more sense to us. I spoke wit [redacted] on the following Monday Mar 10-14 she took my info down an said it was to late to ship orders for the day already went out Tuesday Mar 11-14 it was on a 2day express so it made it here Thur Mar 13-14. We were excited to finally get our candy we've craving since our trip to find out they were burnt an hard an stale now remind you I brought some back from trip an ate 4days later that were awesome so now I'm confused. I spoke with Rose on Thur Mar 13-14 ask for Manager he wasn't in so I explained to her that I had just received my candies an that was unsatisfied an will send them all back she said she was busy an the only one their so she took info an said when someone comes in for work she would be able to go to shipping an look order up an call me back so we could resolve issues. Today is Mar 14-14 24hrs later an I have yet to receive any corresponse from her or Manager or anyone from their business I spent $95 on this candy I'm not pleased with this I would like this issue solved A.S.A.P. I feel like they gave me some stale candies instead of fresh if your shipping you need to make them orders freshly every day.Desired Settlement: I would either like a refund/replacement cause I don't money to waste on something I can't eat
