The worst vacation experience. Her staff is rude and incompetent. We were lied to, and then treated with disrespect. I will never use them again, nor would I recommend them, you're better off staying in a jail, better customer service.

Arrived at the condo. Tried using the code provided which didn't work. I then called housekeeping, Lady I spoke with told me to contact Maintenance and provided his number. Then Spoke to maintenance as he tried to resolve the issue over the phone by using a different code, he said the original code I had was changed about a week ago. After standing outside waiting 30 minutes for him to arrive he then busted the master lock to get the keys out. This was Loud beating as I was standing with my three year old outside sweating, getting ate alive by mosquitos and wanting to enter to eat our dinner that I had picked up on the way into gulf shores. Once we were inside and maintenance was gone, I realized that we were in the WRONG condo. Could have been life threatening as this wasn't even a property of theirs.

Once I then arrived to the CORRECT room and tried contacting the OWNER several times asking her to CALL me on my cell, she refused and only communicated via email with false info from her employees that thought this matter was a simple mistake when it wasn't in my case. As an employee of a business you should be fully aware which property you are entering. I did say several times "Are you sure we are at the right condo?" before he even tempted to break the lock.


My stay here was awful & I am furious. If the owner herself would have contacted me and let me give her my opinions on this matter things wouldn't have gotten this far as to giving her such of a review. I hate it for this business but this isn't how business is ran, period.

We are very disappointed with the customer service of [redacted] and her employees.
We found the listing for one of [redacted] properties. Unit [redacted] at Seaside Beach Racquet Club. We had stayed at this place one time before so was familiar with the setup but not with the building numbers no location of the condos.

There were limited pictures of the condo and the pictures and description, led us to believe that it was an ocean view property, though it was from an angle or side view. This is exactly the description of the one we stayed at previously. We called Laura's vacation rentals and asked for more details regarding the view and were told it had a beach view from the balcony. This was not the case. This was extremely misleading. The beach and ocean was a good 1/4 mile away. We were closer to the main drive than to the beach. The direct view from the balcony was a bunch of trees. If you stretched out while standing on the balcony, you could see the ocean off in a distance. We felt completely misled and betrayed by the person on the phone. When we got there, we were shocked and tried to call the company. The lady who answered the phone said that [redacted] only accepts emails. So we emailed her and her response was as expected. Basically, it said side view in the listing and that is what you got. That is not what we got for sure. We also got a "warning notice" ticket for parking because apparently [redacted] didn't know about the new parking process even though the site manager said her company has been told about the change.

The condo itself was clean but several things were broken. The stove had 4 burners but only 2 of them worked. The screen door to the balcony was off and laying aside. The main silverware drawer was heavy and completely off track and couldn't be fixed by us. Every time you open it, you were at risk for it falling on your feet. The bedding blankets was very old and warn. The freezer wouldn't seal properly so your ice would slowly melt over time. There were no ice trays, measuring cups and spoons but this is just a minor thing compared to the other issues in the condo.

We will not do business with Laura's vacation rentals again and would not recommend others do business with her and her company. We also coincidentally couldn't find this property on the vacation website to write a review. BUYER BEWARE!!

The management and employees of this company are absolutely disrespectful, and completely dishonest to put it nicely. After arriving at our condo the night of check in we found that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. At first we noticed there was pet hair throughout the entire condo, the refrigerator was dirty with purple residue, a leftover Hardee's cup was left on the nightstand and there was a dirty sock in the living room area. After sleeping for the night we woke up and realized that we had slept in dirty sheets (eww!!) as they were covered in black marks, the bathroom counters still had residue from someones contacts container and toothbrush, soap sm in the shower, and mold on the bathtub jets. We were absolutely disgusted in the filth of the condo. I wrote an email to Laura explaining what we found and requested a return on my cleaning fee of 115$ as I had to clean this nasty condo myself and I felt that was compensation for sleeping on someone elses dirty sheets!! So instead she denied my request and sent a cleaning lady without notice who gave us an attitude because we were not there on her schedule. The cleaning lady proceeded to tell me that the black marks on the sheets were from the dryer (lol, not true because I washed them myself and there was no marks afterwards) , also that they only have hardees in California (there is one down the street) so she didnt know where the cup came from, she told us that she didnt bring supplies to clean our condo or extra sheets. They even went further to tell me that getting clean sheets would be an extra fee even though the sheets were dirty to begin with!!! At this point I didnt know what she was gonna do becuase she only brought trashbags with her. So I sent her and her bad attitude away. My family enjoyed the rest of our stay in Gulf Shores avoiding the condo as much as we could. The management still never resolved this issue and only emailed me with false accusations they had gotten from the cleaning lady. This company does not handle complaints well, they do not own up to their responsibilities and the employees are disrespectful. DO NOT STAY HERE!! After reading the other reviews you will find similar complaints over a few year span. It is not worth your time or money to even consider this rental company.

I inherited Laura when I purchased a house. Initially she appeared professional and competent. I made her aware, orally and in writing, that I had purchased a warranty agreement and this needed to be used rather than her maintainance group. The first invoice she billed me was for hundreds of dollars which should have been handled by my policy. I reiterated she was jeopardizing my warranty and she was Not to use her people. The next month she did the same and I turned in my notice of termination. When I prohibited her from contacting anyone during my final days, she fired me.
She refused to provide me the pictures of my house used on the vrbo website as well as being totally disinterested in missing linens and art work.
Do yourself a favor. ..find another company.
